COLD SPRING, September 13, 2023 - Cold Spring Fire Co. was dispatched at 6:07 pm to a reported structure fire on Parsonage Street in the Village of Cold Spring. Upon arrival, Car 13-1-1 confirmed a basement fire, working with the homeowner to successfully contain the fire until Engine 13-2-2 arrived. Once the engine arrived, fire crews quickly got water on the fire, fully knocking it down and saving the structure. Mutual aid response from North Highlands Engine Co., Garrison Volunteer Fire Co., Continental Village Fire Department, and Village of Fishkill Fire Department assisted with the overhaul. Putnam Valley F.A.S.T. staged at the scene while Garrison Volunteer Ambulance Corps provided rehab. All units were back in service by 8:18 pm.
